"If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. It's the hard that makes it great."
Nearly everyone wants to be successful. Nearly everyone dreams about doing great things, or at least interesting things. In the end, however, for many those dreams are just that, dreams. The effort and dedication it takes to fulfill those goals, whatever they may be, can at times be monumental. Many people have heard of the notion that if you can just do something every day for 21 days you will have formed a habit, and once it's a habit...well, it's a habit, something you no longer have to work at.
Well, the link below debunks that idea and gives good reasons why. Sticking to a goal is seldom easy, following through every day and never losing sight of what that goal is takes work. But like one of the greatest and hardest working actors of this era says, if it's not hard, it is probably not that great. So. Look into the future, don't worry about making it a habit so that it can be easier. You want it to be great, right?
